The original Greek word for Clothe (Put On) is enduo. It is much deeper than just "getting dressed". It is contains the prefix en "in" and duo "to sink, go in or under, to put on" The complete idea in the word is not only the literal meaning of dressing, but the figurative meaning of assuming qualities or virtues.
